Le Livre des Baltimore is the latest book by Joël Dicker, who has officially become my current favourite author – this is the third of his books that I’ve read and absolutely loved. In this novel we meet up with Marcus Goldman, the narrator and author of The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair, who takes us through the story of his family with all the usual ups and downs families go through, while always alluding to a mysterious (and tragic) event which deeply marked his life/their lives. Alfacinha Reads #1 – Les Derniers Jours de Nos Pères, Joël Dicker

‘Les Derniers Jours de Nos Pères’ by Joël Dicker is the most recent book I have finished reading, and the second in a row by the same author (the first was ‘La Vérité sur l’Affaire Harry Quebert’, in English ‘The Truth about the Harry Quebert Affair’).
