Le Livre des Baltimore is the latest book by Joël Dicker, who has officially become my current favourite author – this is the third of his books that I’ve read and absolutely loved. In this novel we meet up with Marcus Goldman, the narrator and author of The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair, who takes us through the story of his family with all the usual ups and downs families go through, while always alluding to a mysterious (and tragic) event which deeply marked his life/their lives. Marcus tells us of his feelings towards the more successful, seemingly luckier side…
