Good morning guys and happy last day of 2016! Today I want to share with you the highlights of the year. I’ll be spending today shopping for food, enjoying the sunshine and seaside air, making all kinds of Christmas treats and enjoying Christmas Eve dinner, a highlight of the holidays in Portugal. Today’s post is a little different. I’ve been struggling with how to approach the subject, and thinking if I should even do it. Over the past few months the Danish concept of Hygge (pronounced ‘hoo-ga’) has been popping up a lot, both online and in bookshops (I can think of three different recently published books on this subject).
