Health

As I mentioned in my previous post, my habits haven’t been the healthiest and I’ve definitely felt it. So in 2020 I want to follow my nutritionist’s plan & exercise regularly, to improve how I feel. And also to be healthier and have more energy! I have found my old Fitbit Flex 2 and already started wearing it regularly, so I remember to move more often.

Como referi no post anterior, os meus hábitos não têm sido os mais saudáveis e eu bem tenho sentido os efeitos disso. Por isso, em 2020 quero seguir o plano da nutricionista e fazer exercício regularmente, para me sentir melhor. Mas também para ter mais energia! Encontrei o meu Fitbit Flex 2 e já comecei a usá-lo, para me lembrar de me mexer mais vezes.

Social

After becoming more sociable and finding great friendships in recent years, my goal now is to nurture those friendships (whether they are near or far) and hopefully continue making new ones.

Depois de me tornar mais sociável e ter criado óptimas amizades nos últimos anos, o meu objectivo é alimentar essas amizades (estejam elas perto ou longe) e com sorte continuar a fazer novas.

Work

I want to build up my confidence at work so I can get more responsibility and finally make that promotion. That comes with being aware of what I know and making sure I am prepared so I can explain what needs doing in a way that is clear and logical.

Quero aumentar a minha confiança no trabalho para poder receber mais responsabilidade e conseguir finalmente ser promovida. Isso implica ter noção dos conhecimentos que tenho e estar preparada para explicar o que precisa de ser feito de forma clara e lógica.

My blog has been a fantastic creative outlet for me, and I am very proud of the content I have created over the past few years. In the near future, I will continue to write about my travels, and things that I am passionate about, and hopefully the blog will continue to grow, bringing new opportunities along!

O meu blog tem sido um escape criativo óptimo para mim e tenho imenso orgulho do que tenho escrito e partilhado aqui nos últimos anos. No futuro vou continuar a escrever sobre viagens e coisas de que gosto, e com sorte o blog vai continuar a crescer e a trazer novas oportunidades!

Sevilla

In February I will be visiting Sevilla again, this time for 4 days. I can’t wait to take my time to explore the beautiful Spanish city again, visiting places I missed last year.

Em Fevereiro vou voltar a Sevilla, desta vez por quatro dias. Estou super entusiasmada por voltar a explorar aquela cidade Espanhola e visitar sítios onde não consegui ir no ano passado.

Mexico City

I am very much hoping that this is the year I finally get my butt to Mexico City to visit my cousins there. There’s so much I want to see in the Mexican capital!

Tenho muita esperança que este ano vá conseguir finalmente ir à Cidade do México visitar os meus primos que lá estão. Há tanto que quero ver na capital Mexicana!

As always, I am leaving my goals for the year quite open because I don’t want to be tied to them and feel bad if life takes me in a different direction. There are things I would like to achieve, of course – and they are reflected here – but I want to leave, as I said last year, room for magic.

Como sempre, estou a deixar os objectivos bastante abertos porque não quero ficar presa a eles e sentir-me mal se a vida me levar noutras direcções. Há objectivos que quero atingir, claro – e estão aqui escritos – mas quero, como disse no ano passado, deixar espaço para a magia.
