I’ve allowed myself to start because honestly, I have a few to get through, and I know that my reading time is always reduced when I’m in Lisbon with family and friends.

Royal Holiday
This is part of Jasmine Guillory’s series that started with The Wedding Date. The story is set in England as Vivian travels with her daughter Maddie (who has appeared in other books in the series) as she goes to style a member of the Royal Family for the Holidays. I know they say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but this one is so pretty that it drew me in! And so far, I’m loving how nice and cosy it feels to read it.
Este livro faz parte da série de livros de Jasmine Guillory que começou com The Wedding Date. A história passa-se em Inglaterra quando Vivian viaja com a sua filha Maddie (que já apareceu noutros livros da série) quando esta vai trabalhar como estilista para um membro da Família Real para o Natal. Bem sei que não se deve julgar um livro pela capa, mas a deste é tão gira que me chamou a atenção! E, até agora, estou a adorar ler.

A collection of intertwined stories set against a snowy, Christmassy background – what’s not to love? I first read this years ago and now that the Netflix movie is out, I want to re-read, fast!
Uma colecção de histórias ligadas umas às outras, num cenário coberto de neve no Natal – impossível não adorar! Li este livro pela primeira vez há uns anos e agora que saiu o filme no Netflix, quero voltar a ler, rápido!
Little Women
I want to re-read Little Women before the Greta Gerwig movie comes out, and have been working on it for a while, at the same time as I read other books. It’s one of my favourite stories of all time – I can’t tell you how much teenage me identified with Jo March!
Também quero imenso re-ler Mulherzinhas antes de sair o filme de Greta Gerwig e ando a tratar disso há uns tempos, enquanto leio outros livros. É uma das minhas histórias preferidas de sempre – a Teresa adolescente identificava-se tanto com a Jo March!
