When I was setting up my diary and planning out my year, February was the one month without any plans or events – it looked kinda sad to be honest!

But in the end, it’s starting to look pretty exciting!

Travel
I decided on a whim to book tickets for a quick weekend in Sevilla, in the South of Spain. So I’ll be heading over (super) bright and early on the 9th and coming back on the 10th. It’ll be a short, but oh so welcome break from the gloomy British weather!
Decidi, por impulso, marcar bilhetes para um fim-de-semana rápido em Sevilha. Então parto no dia 9, super cedo e regresso dia 10 à tarde. Vai ser pouco tempo, mas vai saber bem sair deste tempo britânico que tem andado meio cinzento e chuvoso!
Plans with Friends
Between catch ups, dinners and cocktail nights, February is shaping up to be full of plans with my lovely friends – it’ll make what is usually the bluest month of the year for me much more fun!
Entre encontros para por a conversa em dia, jantares e noites de cocktails, Fevereiro vai contar com vários planos com as minhas amigas queridas – vai tornar o que normalmente é o mês mais deprimente do ano muito mais divertido!
Cinema
I recently saw the trailer for Boy Erased and On the Basis of Sex and I am really excited to watch both of these – particularly the latter, as I can’t wait to learn more about the bad ass woman that is RBG.
Vi há pouco tempo o trailer dos filmes Boy Erased e On the Basis of Sex e quero muito ir ver os dois – especialmente o último porque estou ansiosa para saber mais sobre a vida da grande mulher que é a RBG.
The Oscar ceremony also happens this month – over the past few years I have been watching it live, but I’m still deciding whether to do that this year. Either way, I’m curious to see what direction it will go.
A cerimónia dos Óscares também é este mês – nos últimos anos tenho visto em directo, mas ainda não sei se o vou fazer este ano. De qualquer forma estou curiosa para ver como será.
