Every year as December approaches I start thinking about my favourite Christmas songs, and organising them into playlists.

I love Christmas songs and really like putting them on as I’m writing Christmas cards or wrapping presents!

So what have I included in my 2018 playlist?

There are the classics, like Bing Crosby’s White Christmas, Ella Fitzgerald’s Baby it’s Cold Outside and Andy Williams’ It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.
Temos os clássicos, como White Christmas de Bill Crosby, Baby it’s Cold Outside de Ella Fitzgerald e It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year de Andy Williams.
But there are also the tunes from the 80s: the unmissable Do They Know It’s Christmas and Fairytale of New York, for example.
Mas também lá estão os clássicos dos anos 80: o inevitável Do They Know It’s Christmas e Fairytale of New York, por exemplo.
I couldn’t forget the Portuguese classics either, as they were such a big part of my childhood!
Não podia esquecer os clássicos Portugueses, que fizeram parte da minha infância e adolescência!
And finally there are the modern tunes: Britney’s My Only Wish (This Year), which is such a fun pop song for Christmas, and one I’ve really been enjoying, called Text me Merry Christmas by Straight No Chaser and Kristen Bell.
E finalmente temos as canções mais modernas: My Only Wish (This Year) da Britney, uma música pop de Natal super divertida e uma outra que tenho adorado, chamada Text Me Merry Christmas dos Straight No Chaser com a Kristen Bell.
I’ll be singing along to these and dancing around the flat for the foreseeable future!
