Hi gang! Hope you’re doing well 🙂 Today’s post is a little look at the plans I’ve got for this month. I’ve been looking forward to it for ages and I’m so excited it’s finally here!

Brunch & Photo Walk
Ok so this one has actually already happened, but still worth sharing! Last Saturday I met up with Matilde (mylondonfairytales on Instagram) and we went for brunch at The Dayrooms Café in Notting Hill. After brunch we went on a lovely long photowalk around Notting Hill and Kensington to find the most beautiful rose covered houses. It was a dream!
Ok, isto já aconteceu, mas vale a pena partilhar na mesma! No sábado passado encontrei-me com a Matilde (mylondonfairytales no Instagram) e fomos ao Dayrooms Café em Notting Hill tomar brunch. Depois do brunch fomos dar um passeio giríssimo que nos levou desde Notting Hill a Kensington à procura das mais bonitas casas cobertas de rosas. Foi óptimo!
Friends in London
Tonight I will be welcoming my best friend A and our friends C and R to London. I cannot believe this day is finally here – I’m super excited to have them stay at my flat, and to show them around London! We will be covering all the major sights and enjoying the best London has to offer, from markets to museums. The excitement is real!
Hoje à noite vou dar as boas vindas a Londres à minha melhor amiga A e os nossos amigos C e R. Nem acredito que o dia chegou finalmente – estou super entusiasmada para os ter lá em casa e para lhes mostrar Londres! Vamos ver os sítios mais importantes de Londres e aproveitar o melhor que a cidade tem para oferecer, desde mercados a museus. O entusiasmo é real!
Foo Fighters
I may have mentioned (several times!) that I’m a huge fan of the Foo Fighters. This month I get to see them live in London, and I cannot wait! The concert is at the London Stadium and it’ll be my first rock concert at a big stadium. I’m excited to see what the atmosphere is like – and to rock out to my favourite songs, of course!
Talvez já tenha dito (várias vezes!) que sou uma enorme fã dos Foo Fighters. Este mês vou poder vê-los ao vivo em Londres e mal posso esperar! O concerto é no London Stadium e vai ser o meu primeiro concerto de rock num estádio. Estou entusiasmada por ver como é o ambiente – e por rockar ao som das minhas músicas preferidas, claro!
Rock in Rio Lisboa
The day after seeing the Foos in London, I’m flying to Lisbon and going to Rock in Rio Lisboa to watch Muse. It’s 10 years since my old work friends made me watch Muse at that same festival, making me realise just how awesome they are, and I’m excited to relive that moment, rocking out (again) to some excellent songs!
Um dia depois de ver os Foos em Londres, voo para Lisboa e vou ao Rock in Rio Lisboa para ver os Muse. Faz 10 anos desde que os meus antigos colegas de trabalho me fizeram ficar a ver os Muse naquele mesmo festival, fazendo-me perceber que eles são espectaculares, e estou entusiasmada por reviver esse momento, rockando (mais uma vez) ao som de músicas excelentes!
Lisbon
After the festival, I’m staying in Lisbon for a few days to enjoy my family’s company and take full advantage of being in my hometown to rest, clear my head and feel healthier. I’m excited for some walks in the sunshine, delicious food (mum’s, of course) and good company!
Depois do festival, vou ficar uns dias em Lisboa para aproveitar a companhia da minha família e tirar proveito de estar em casa para descansar, arejar a cabeça e sentir-me mais saudável. Estou ansiosa por passeios ao sol, comida deliciosa (feita pela mãe, claro!) e boa companhia!
