Birthday trip to Lisbon
I have been in my beautiful hometown of Lisbon for the past few days, enjoying some R&R in the company of my family and best friends! It’s been wonderful to go out for brunch, spend time enjoying the nice weather, and enjoying the company of my absolute favourite people!
Tenho estado na minha Lisboa, a gozar de uns dias de descanso na companhia da minha família e melhores amigas! Tem sido óptimo ir tomar brunch, aproveitar o bom tempo e a companhia das minhas pessoas favoritas!
Hamilton
This month I will finally be watching Hamilton in London! I’ve been waiting for this since January 2017, when I first booked the ticket…! All I hear about it is amazing, so I could not be more excited.
Este mês vou finalmente ver o musical Hamilton em Londres! Estou à espera disto desde que comprei os bilhetes em Janeiro de 2017…! Tudo o que ouço sobre a peça é óptimo, por isso não podia estar mais entusiasmada.
Lisbon hosts the Eurovision
I’m not going to be in Lisbon for Eurovision weekend but I will most definitely be watching the show live. I’m so proud that Portugal (and my former workplace, RTP) is putting together this year’s broadcast, and I’m so excited to see how it goes!
Não vou estar em Lisboa no fim-de-semana da Eurovisão, mas vou de certeza ver a final ao vivo. Tenho tanto orgulho que Portugal (e a minha antiga ‘casa’, a RTP) esteja a organizar a emissão deste ano, e estou ansiosa para ver como corre!
Royal Wedding/ FA Cup / Portugal Cup weekend
The weekend of the 19th and 20th is shaping up to be the laziest in recorded Teresa History. With the Royal wedding (hello pretty dresses!) and the FA cup final on the Saturday, plus the Portugal Cup Final where my Sporting will be playing, I’ll have a lot to watch – and honestly, the month is starting in such a hectic way, that I already know this is going to be very welcome!
O fim-de-semana de 19 e 20 de Maio está-se a por a jeito para ser o mais preguiçoso na História da Teresa. Com o casamento real (olá vestidos bonitos!) e a final da FA Cup no sábado; e a final da Taça de Portugal no domingo onde joga o meu Sporting, vou ter muito que ver – e francamente, o mês está a começar tão ocupado que já sei que vai ser uma preguiça bem-vinda!
Milan
Next bank holiday weekend, I will be heading to Milan with my friend B – who will be meeting me there, coming from Budapest. I’ve never been to Milan but have actually heard wonders, and I am so excited to explore with a friend who is just as in to food tours and cultural stuff as I am (and has patience for all my photo taking)! Bring on ALL the pizza, pasta and gelato…
No próximo fim-de-semana comprido que temos em Inglaterra, no final de Maio, vou a Milão com a minha amiga B – que vai ter lá comigo, vinda de Budapeste. Nunca fui a Milão mas já ouvi dizer maravilhas e estou super entusiasmada para explorar com uma amiga que gosta tanto de explorar sítios para comer e fazer coisas culturais como eu (e tem paciência para as minhas fotografias)! Venha daí TODA a pizza, pasta e gelato…
