October is one of my favourite months of the year. I’m not big on Halloween but I do enjoy the changing of the seasons, the orange tones in trees and the crisp leaves on the floor. It’s beautiful! This year October is shaping up to be really exciting. Here’s what I’ve got planned…

Portugal
I was due to go to Venice this month but because moving house ended up being more costly than anticipated, and I had only just paid for the flights, I decided to pay the extra, move the flights, and go Home to Portugal instead. I’ll be in the Lisbon area and will be spending a few days with my family, while also visiting friends and having girly dinners. I cannot wait!
Era suposto ir a Veneza este mês, mas como tive mais gastos do que tinha previsto com a mudança, e só tinha pago os voos, decidi pagar só o extra, mudar os voos, e ir a Casa. Vou estar na zona de Lisboa e vou passar uns dias com a família, mas também a visitar amigos e a ter jantares entre amigas. Estou ansiosa!
Metallica
This will be my 5th time seeing Metallica live and I am excited beyond words. Seeing music played live is one of my favourite things, and when it’s my favourite band, that is even more special.
Esta vai ser a minha 5a vez a ver os Metallica ao vivo e estou mais entusiasmada do que consigo por em palavras. Ir a concertos é das minhas coisas favoritas, e quando é a minha banda preferida então, ainda é mais especial.
Catch ups
My friend B who lives in Budapest is coming to London for a weekend later in the month and we’re meeting up for brunch somewhere cool in East London – I’m so excited to be out with my friends and catch up!
A minha amiga B que vive em Budapeste vem a Londres passar um fim-de-semana no fim do mês e vamo-nos encontrar para um brunch num qualquer sítio giro no Este de Londres – vai ser óptimo ir ter com as minhas amigas e por a conversa em dia!
