May Plans

Hi guys, and before anything else – May the Fourth be with you! Happy Star Wars Day one and all 🙂 We are truly into my favourite month of the year (ahem – nothing to do with the fact that it’s my birthday month) and I wanted to share my plans with you!

Olá a todos e, antes de mais – Feliz Dia da Guerra das Estrelas! 🙂 Já estamos no meu mês preferido do ano (cof nada a ver com ser o meu mês de aniversário cof) e quis partilhar os meus planos convosco!

Birthday brunches // Brunches de aniversário

Yup – not one, but two! I am not one for birthday parties, but being that I am in London on my birthday and that it falls on a weekend, I figured I’d make the most of it and gather my friends and my UK family for my favourite activity: brunch!

Sim – não só 1, mas dois! Não sou fã de festas de anos, mas já que estou em Londres no meu dia de anos e que ele calha a um fim-de-semana, resolvi aproveitar e juntar os meus amigos e a família família que está cá no UK e fazer uma das minhas coisas preferidas: ir tomar um brunch!

The first one, on the Saturday, will be a bottomless brunch with my girlfriends – in a cool restaurant in central London. I’m super excited!

O primeiro, no sábado, vai ser um bottomless brunch com as minhas amigas – num restaurante giríssimo no centro de Londres. Estou ansiosa!

And then on the actual birthday, my cousins and I are getting together for a nice family brunch! I’m thrilled that they are all able to come – my cousins being the social butterflies that they are, it’s sometimes hard to get together! 😉 And any excuse to spend the day with little V is good, in my book!

E depois no próprio do dia, as primas, os primos e eu vamo-nos juntar para um brunch de família! Estou tão contente que possam vir todos – as minhas primas têm sempre uma vida social agitada, às vezes é difícil juntarmo-nos! 😉 E qualquer desculpa para passar o dia com o V é boa, a meu ver!

Budapest // Budapeste

Mid month I will be taking a few days off and heading to Budapest to visit my good friend B who moved back almost a year ago. I’m so looking forward to knowing more of this great city and to catching up with B without needing whatsapp!

Lá para meados do mês vou tirar uns dias para ir a Budapeste visitar a minha boa amiga B que se mudou de volta para lá há cerca de um ano. Estou tão ansiosa por conhecer mais desta grande cidade e para por a conversa em dia com a B sem precisarmos do whatsapp!

Day Trips // Passeios

I’ve been waiting for nicer weather to head out for a day on weekends and explore somewhere new. I’d like to do that by heading to Oxford and then Bath on the two free weekends I have this month – it’d be good to change scenery for a bit and get some fresh ideas and inspiration for blog  posts.

Tenho estado à espera do bom tempo para sair nos fins-de-semana e explorar um sítio novo. Gostava de ir explorar Oxford e depois Bath num dos fins-de-semana que tenho sem planos – era bom mudar de ares e ter ideias e inspiração frescas para posts no blog.
