#1 Paris
After spending a wonderful few days in Paris last week, the City of Light had to be top of my highlights.
Depois de passar uns dias óptimos em Paris na semana passada, a Cidade Luz tinha de estar no topo dos meus destaques!
This visit was special because I explored areas I hadn’t before, and just wandered around appreciating the beauty of everyday life in the city. I fell in love all over again!
Esta visita foi especial porque explorei zonas que não conhecia e andei por lá a admirar a beleza da vida quotidiana na cidade. Apaixonei-me outra vez!
#2 Annick Goutal Petite Chérie Purse Spray
While in Paris I discovered the super cute Purse Spray version of my favourite perfume, Petite Chérie. The gold packaging with cute little dots caught my eye and the idea of having the perfume with me throughout the day convinced me to get it!

#3 13 Reasons Why
Late last week Netflix released a new series called 13 Reasons Why, based on the book of the same name. The show tells the story of Hannah Baker, a teenage girl who, having been the victim of bullying, commits suicide.
No final da semana passada o Netflix lançou uma nova série, chamada As Treze Razões. A série conta a história de Hannah Baker, uma adolescente que, depois de ter sido vítima de bullying, se suicida.
Hannah records 13 tapes for her bullies, detailing how each of them contributed to her ultimate decision. The series follows Clay, who was Hannah’s classmate, as he listens to the tapes, and we see the effects on all those involved.
Hannah grava 13 cassetes para os seus bullies, a detalhar como cada um contribuiu para a sua decisão final. A série segue Clay, que era colega de escola de Hannah, enquanto ele ouve as cassetes, e vemos os efeitos em todos os que estavam envolvidos.
It is utterly heartbreaking, revolting and even sickening. But it is beautifully made and so relevant! It isn’t an easy watch, but trust me, it is worth it.
É de partir o coração, é revoltante e até ficamos enjoados. Mas está muitíssimo bem feita e é tão relevante! Não é fácil de ver, mas acreditem, vale a pena.
Having been a victim of bullying as a teenager myself, the show brought back many memories and I felt truly thankful to have gotten through it. But it is super important for people to be aware of it, and this show can be a great way to start conversations about bullying, about how people are affected by it, to bring it to the light of day. Hopefully this will inspire people to be kinder…
Tendo sido vítima de bullying enquanto adolescente, a série trouxe-me várias lembranças e eu senti-me verdadeiramente grata de ter ultrapassado essa fase. Mas é super importante que as pessoas estejam cientes do problema do bullying, e esta série pode ser uma óptima forma de começar a falar sobre ele, sobre como as pessoas são afectadas por ele e para o trazer para a luz do dia. Tenho esperança que inspire as pessoas a ser mais gentis com os outros.
