March Favourites

Good morning! Hope you’re all having a good week 🙂 Today’s post will be a little recap of my favourites of the month of March – it was a pretty busy one!

Bom dia! Espero que estejam a ter uma boa semana 🙂 O post de hoje vai ser um pequeno resumo dos meus favoritos do mês de Março – foi um mês agitado!

Brussels & Bruges

At the beginning of the month I had the opportunity to work in our Brussels office to help the team there – it was an incredible experience, really challenging but I think it was also very positive. I felt super proud of myself for having taken that challenge and made the best of it!

No início do mês tive a oportunidade de trabalhar no nosso escritório em Bruxelas para ajudar a equipa de lá – foi uma oportunidade incrível, um grande desafio que acho que foi muito positivo. Senti-me super orgulhosa de mim mesma por ter abraçado este desafio e feito o melhor trabalho possível!

As I was in Belgium, I took the chance and went to Bruges for a weekend – and I loved it! A small city with gorgeous medieval architecture and a really interesting History.

Já que estava na Bélgica, aproveitei para ir passar o fim-de-semana a Bruges – e adorei! Uma cidade pequena com arquitectura medieval linda e uma História super interessante.

Beauty and the Beast

I had been looking forward to the live action remake of my favourite Disney film and it did not disappoint. And the fact that the library (the best scene – what bookworm hasn’t dreamt of a library like that?!) set was based on the Biblioteca Joanina in the University of Coimbra, the city in Portugal where my dad was born and the university where my grandad studied, made it all the more special.

Estava ansiosa para ver a versão de imagem real do meu filme preferido da Disney e não desiludiu. E o facto do cenário da Biblioteca (a melhor cena – que apaixonado por livros nunca sonhou com uma biblioteca daquelas?!) ter sido inspirado na Biblioteca Joanina na Universidade de Coimbra, a cidade onde o meu pai nasceu e a universidade onde andou o meu avô, tornou tudo ainda mais especial.

London in bloom

I’ve mentioned it before but wow has London been beautiful recently with all the beautiful trees in bloom! Magnolias and Chamelias have been popping up everywhere and making every little Street look magical. You can’t not love it – even if all the flowers mean you are about to get bad hay fever!

Já disse isto antes mas uau, Londres tem andado linda ultimamente com as árvores todas em flor! Veem-se Magnólias e Camélias por todos os lados e as ruas ficam com um ar mágico. Não dá para não adorar – mesmo que as flores signifiquem que vamos sofrer de uma forte febre dos fenos em breve.

Netflix

I’ve found a few great things on Netflix this month, so it has to be in my favourites! From romantic comedies (Blind Date), to documentaries (Happy & Minimalism), to great new TV shows (Designated Survivor) – Netflix has been killing it for me this month!

Encontrei tantas coisas óptimas no Netflix este mês, que tem de estar nos meus favoritos! Desde comédias românticas (Um Encontro às Cegas), a documentários (Happy & Minimalism), a óptimas séries de TV (Designated Survivor) – o Netflix este mês foi espectacular!
