If you know me, one thing you know is that I love cinema. Films let my imagination fly, take me around the world, lead me to new experiences and even teach me a few things…being in a cinema watching a good film is one of my favourite things in the world.
Quem me conhece sabe que se há coisa que eu adoro, é cinema. Os filmes fazem a minha imaginação voar, levam-me à volta do mundo, até novas experiências e até me ensinam umas coisas…estar num cinema a ver um bom filme é das minhas coisas preferidas no mundo.
But cinema tickets can be quite expensive in London, and so it became a budgetary concern of mine to watch all the movies I wanted and still have money to…you know…eat!
Mas os bilhetes de cinema conseguem ser caros e acabou por se tornar uma preocupação orçamental minha ver os filmes todos que queria ver e ainda ter dinheiro para…sei lá…comer!
In comes Cineworld and their Unlimited card. I had heard about it when Alix from I Covet Thee mentioned it in a video a while back and it had been in the back of my mind since. Then my boss mentioned his wife had gotten one and that was the trigger I needed to google it for more information!
É aqui que entra o Cineworld, uma cadeia de cinemas no Reino Unido, e o seu cartão Unlimited. Já tinha ouvido falar deste serviço há uns tempos quando da Alix do I Covet Thee falou nele num vídeo e desde aí que está no meu radar. Entretanto o meu chefe disse que a mulher dele tinha arranjado um e isso foi o que me levou a ir pesquisar mais no Google!
For either £17.4 or £19.9 (if you want to go to the West London cinemas) a month, you can watch all the movies you want (with some limitations for 3D, IMAX and the like) and go to special pre-screenings. It has a contract period of 12 months.
Por £17.4 ou £19.9 (se quiserem ir a cinemas no Oeste de Londres) por mês, podemos ver todos os filmes que quisermos (com algumas limitações para filmes em 3D, IMAX e assim) e até ir a sessões especiais pré-estreia. Tem um período de fidelização de 12 meses.
No joke, this has been the best investment I have ever made. I can budget for the card value every month and then just choose the films, cinemas and times on the app without having to pay more for it.
Este foi, sem brincadeiras, o melhor investimento que alguma vez fiz. Posso contar com o valor mensal do cartão nos meus orçamentos mensais e depois é só escolher os filmes, cinemas e horas na app sem ter de pagar mais.
It has given me the freedom to watch all the movies I have on my list without worrying about what I will need to give up if I buy another ticket – for me, that is absolutely priceless.
Deu-me a liberdade de ver todos os filmes que quiser sem me ter de preocupar com o que não vou poder comprar/fazer se comprar mais um bilhete – para mim, isso não tem preço.
Since I signed up for Unlimited in early January, I’ve been to the cinema way more often that I usually do. I found a ‘local’ cinema and luckily the surrounding area is also fantastic to explore, so it’s been a great, relaxing way to spend some time on weekends.
Desde que subscrevi ao serviço Unlimited no início de Janeiro, tenho ido ao cinema muito mais vezes do que é costume. Encontrei um cinema ‘local’ e por sorte a zona lá à volta é óptima para explorar, por isso tem sido uma óptima forma, bastante relaxante, de passar tempo ao fim-de-semana.
Genuinely one of the best offers out there right now if you love Cinema, and it’s well worth looking into if you have a Cineworld near you.
É francamente uma das melhores ofertas que por aí anda no que toca a Cinema, e vale bem a pena investigar se viverem no Reino Unido e tiverem um Cineworld ao pé de vocês.
