Seeing stars

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all doing well and having a good week. Today I’m bringing you an outfit I wore a couple of weeks back. It was the first proper autumn outfit I wore this year! I love autumn/fall: the cooler weather, the shorter days, fresh starts and renewed motivation, it’s great! And one of the best parts of it, for me, is getting new boots! Especially if they’re then paired with a cute dress, a nice jacket and my favourite accessories.

Olá a todos! Espero que estejam bem e a ter uma boa semana. Hoje mostro-vos um look que vesti há umas semanas. Foi o meu primeiro look de Outono do ano! Eu adoro o Outono: o tempo mais frio, os dias mais curtos, os recomeços e a motivação renovada, é óptimo! Uma das melhores coisas, para mim, é comprar botas novas! Especialmente se forem acompanhadas com um vestido giro, um casaco bonito e os meus acessórios preferidos!

In today’s look I’m showing you a couple of pieces I bought from La Redoute. One of their brands, Mademoiselle R, has beautiful things, including this jacket. I saw it on Daphnè’s blog and immediately fell in love. It’s beautiful and simple, but gets something extra from the scalloped edges. It’s chic, but I can also wear it down which I love!
No look de hoje mostro-vos umas peças que comprei na La Redoute. Uma das marcas deles, Mademoiselle R, tem coisas lindas, incluindo este casaco. Vi-o no blog da Daphnè e apaixonei-me logo. É lindo e simples, mas bordas recortadas dão-lhe um toque especial. É elegante, mas também pode ser usado num look mais informal, o que eu adoro!

While looking for the jacket, I also found these suede boots. I had been wanting some suede boots for a while, and these were the perfect starter pair!

Enquanto procurava o casaco, encontrei também estas notas de camurça. Queria umas botas assim há uns tempos e estas são ideais para começar! 

The heels are the perfect size, i.e. tall but not too much so my feet can survive a whole day walking on them!
Os saltos são do tamanho perfeito, isto é, altas mas não demasiado, para os meus pés conseguirem sobreviver um dia anterior a andar com elas!

As for the dress, it’s a favourite of mine from Hilfiger Denim a couple of years ago. It’s light and comfortable, and at the same time it fits really well. And the pattern is so pretty! I’m a big fan of anything blue and white, especially with stars.

O vestido é um favorito meu de há dois anos, da Hilfiger Denim. É fino e confortável e ao mesmo tempo cai muito bem. E o padrão é tão giro! Gosto imenso de roupa azul e branca, especialmente quando tem estrelas.
