In my previous post I mentioned I wanted to start planning my weekly meals to make sure I had all the ingredients at home and ready to cook. Getting motivated after a Holiday

JNCQuoi Asia This very posh, very beautiful restaurant in the heart of Lisbon was a wonderful discovery this month! Not only is the decor very impressive, but the service is great and the food is beyond words – so, so delicious. The Last Days of Summer in the Algarve
